关于16位数字温度传感器
ADI公司的新型数字温度传感器在–40°C至+150?C工作温度范围内,保证工作电源电压为2.7 V至5.5 V。工作电压为3.3 V时,电源电流为210 μA(典型值)。传感器提供每秒采样一次的低功耗模式,在这种模式下,工作电压为3.3 V时,电源电流仅46 μA(典型值);同时还提供关断模式,电源电流可降至仅2 μA。其他可编程选项包括过温/欠温和关键温度指示器。
